An act to amend Section 1559 of the Civil Code, relating to contracts.
LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST
AB 1109, as introduced, Gabriel.
Contracts: parties.
Existing law requires contracts to have, among other things, parties capable of contracting. Existing law provides that if a contract is made expressly for the benefit of a 3rd person, the contract may be enforced by that 3rd person before the parties to the contract rescind it.
This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to those provisions.
