AB 3075, as introduced, Stephanie Nguyen. Local government: grant programs: technical assistance.
Existing law establishes various grant programs that are available to, or implemented by, local governments, including a building code enforcement incentive program, the Natural Disaster Emergency Shelter Program, and the Homeless Emergency Aid program.
This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation to provide additional technical assistance to local government accessing state grant programs.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 It is the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation to provide additional technical assistance to local government accessing state grant programs.
