Existing law authorizes the board to create a body for the purpose of advising and assisting it in the matter of advertising, exploiting, and making known the resources of the county, with the body to be designated as the county board of trade of the county, the county chamber of commerce of the county, or another title as the board gives the body, and prescribes various requirements for the body.
