LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

SB 923, as introduced, Wilk. Emergency services.
Existing law, the California Emergency Services Act, creates the Office of Emergency Services in the office of the Governor. The Office of Emergency Services is under the supervision of the Director of Emergency Services. The act requires the Governor to assign all or part of the Governor’s powers and duties under the act to the Office of Emergency Services.
This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to that provision.
