The people of the State of California do enact as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 4000 of the Civil Code is amended to read:
4000.
This part shall be known and may be cited as the Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act. In a provision of this part, the part may
also
be referred to as the act.
