Existing law requires the Director of Employment Development to prepare and submit a biennial report to the Legislature regarding the Employment Development Department’s automation plans, including any recommendation on improvements for the purpose of consideration by both policy and fiscal committees of the Legislature. Existing law requires, 30 days prior to the release of the report, the director to submit the report to the California Department of Technology for review and comment.
This bill would increase that 30-day period to 45 days.
