An act to amend Section 2540 of the Vehicle Code, relating to vehicles.
LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST
AB 2468, as introduced, Bloom.
Licenses.
Existing law authorizes the Commissioner of the California Highway Patrol to issue licenses for the operation of privately owned and operated ambulances used to respond to emergency calls, armored cars, fleet owner inspection and maintenance stations, and for the transportation of hazardous material. Existing law allows the commissioner to suspend or revoke a license the commissioner has issued.
This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to that provision.
