An act to amend Section 2070 of the Insurance Code, relating to insurance.
LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST
AB 483, as introduced, Mayes.
Fire insurance.
Existing law generally regulates classes of insurance, including fire insurance. Existing law prescribes the standard form for this issuance of fire insurance policies covering property. Existing law requires that all fire insurance policies in California be on the standard form, with no additions to or omissions from that form, except as provided.
This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to that provision.
