An act relating to child day care facilities.

AB 2772, as introduced, Fuentes. Child day care facilities.
Existing law, the California Child Day Care Facilities Act, provides for the licensure and regulation of specified types of child day care facilities.
This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation that would provide for an evaluation of public and private child day care facilities and reform applicable regulations.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 It is the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation that would provide for an evaluation of public and private child day care facilities and reform applicable regulations.
