LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

SB 1251, as introduced, Knight. Redevelopment.
The Community Redevelopment Law requires redevelopment agencies to expend money in the agency’s Low and Moderate Income Housing Fund to assist housing for persons of low and very low income, as specified, and makes legislative findings and declarations in that regard.
This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive, changes in those provisions.
