Relative to the Joint Rules for the 1995–96 Fourth Extraordinary Session.

SCR 1, Lockyer. 1995–96 Fourth Extraordinary Session: Joint Rules.
This measure adopts the Joint Rules of the Senate and Assembly for the 1993–94 Regular Session as the Joint Rules, except as specified, for the 1995–96 Fourth Extraordinary Session.
Resolved by the Senate of the State of California, the Assembly thereof concurring, That the Joint Rules of the Senate and Assembly for the 1993–94 Regular Session, except Joint Rules 51, 54, 55, 61, and the provision of Joint Rule 62(a) requiring that notice of a hearing of a bill be published in the Daily File, shall govern relations between the Senate and Assembly for the 1995–96 Fourth Extraordinary Session and that the extraordinary session shall be in recess during the same time periods when the 1995–96 Regular Session is in recess.
