To the Members of the California State Assembly: I am returning Assembly Bill 2154 without my signature. Current law provides sufficient options for a voter to apply for a vote by mail ballot. Allowing individuals to apply by phone opens the application process to increased voter fraud. For this reason, I am unable to sign this bill. Sincerely, Arnold Schwarzenegger |
