Governor's Message |
---|
To the Members of the California State Assembly: I am returning Assembly Bill 1336 without my signature. This bill could present a significant risk of violating an individual’s privacy unrelated to the enforcement of law. It may also lead to the unwarranted proliferation of camera enforcement in many other arenas. For these reasons I am unable to sign this bill. Sincerely, Arnold Schwarzenegger |
