An act to amend Section 13 of the Government Code, relating to state government.


LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST


AB 3128, as introduced, Hart. State government.
Existing law specifies that the singular includes the plural, and the plural includes the singular for the purposes of the Government Code.
This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to that provision.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 13 of the Government Code is amended to read:

 The singular number includes the plural, and the plural includes the singular.
