An act to amend Section 1 of the Government Code, relating to state government.


LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST


AB 3120, as introduced, Rendon. Government Code.
Existing law establishes the Government Code and prescribes general provisions for purposes of its interpretation.
This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to the provision naming the Government Code.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 1 of the Government Code is amended to read:

 This act shall be known and may be cited as the Government Code.
