Existing law authorizes the director of the department, with the approval of the Department of Finance, and for use in the furtherance of the work of the department, to accept grants of interest in real property, and gifts of money from public agencies or from organizations or associations organized for scientific, educational, or charitable purposes.
This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to that provision.
