AB 1507, as introduced, Grayson.
Local government.
Existing law authorizes each special district, each unified, elementary, and high school district, and each agency created by a joint powers agreement that constructs or maintains public facilities essential to the growth and maintenance of an urban population to prepare a 5-year capital improvement program, as specified.
This bill would express the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation that would require certain local agencies to have a capital improvement program.

It is the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation that would require certain local agencies to have a capital improvement program.
