An act to amend Section 11157 of the Health and Safety Code, relating to prescription drugs.

SB 394, as introduced, Walters. Prescription drugs.
Existing law generally regulates the prescribing of prescription drugs. Existing law prohibits a person from issuing a prescription that is false or fictitious in any respect.
This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to these provisions.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 11157 of the Health and Safety Code is amended to read:

11157.
 No person shall issue a prescription that which is false or fictitious in any respect.
