An act to amend Section 7302 of the Business and Professions Code, relating to barbering and cosmetology.

LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

AB 1138, as introduced, Garrick. Barbering and cosmetology.
Existing law, the Barbering and Cosmetology Act, provides for the licensure and regulation of the practice of barbering and cosmetology by the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. Existing law also defines various terms for the purposes of the act.
This bill would make a nonsubstantive, technical change to that provision.
