An act relating to employers.

SB 4, as introduced, Dutton. Employment.
Existing law regulates many aspects of the employer-employee relationship, including employer-provided benefits.
This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to provide incentives to employers who offer health insurance, flex-time work schedules, and other benefits agreed upon by employers and employees.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 It is the intent of the Legislature to provide incentives to employers who offer health insurance, flex-time work schedules, and other benefits agreed upon by employers and employees.
