Relative to the Eric Seastrand Memorial Highway.

ACR 22, Farr. Eric Seastrand Memorial Highway.
This measure would designate the portion of State Highway Route 46 between the cities of Paso Robles and Cambria the Eric Seastrand Memorial Highway.
The measure would also direct the Department of Transportation to determine the cost of appropriate plaques and markers showing this special designation and, upon receiving donations from nonstate sources covering that cost, to erect appropriate plaques and markers.
Resolved by the Assembly of the State of California, the Senate thereof concurring, That the portion of State Highway Route 46 between the cities of Paso Robles and Cambria is hereby officially designated the Eric Seastrand Memorial Highway; and be it further
Resolved, That the Department of Transportation is directed to determine the cost of appropriate plaques and markers, consistent with the signing requirements for the state highway system, showing the special designation and, upon receiving donations from nonstate sources covering that cost, to erect those plaques and markers; and be it further
Resolved, That the Chief Clerk of the Assembly transmit a copy of this resolution to the Director of Transportation.
