Relative to the 1991–92 First Extraordinary Session of the Legislature.

ACR 2, Hannigan. 1991–92 First Extraordinary Session: adjournment.
This measure would provide that the 1991–92 First Extraordinary Session of the Legislature shall be in recess on adjournment on September 2, 1992, until reconvened by joint call of the President pro Tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the Assembly. The measure would also provide that the extraordinary session shall adjourn sine die on November 30, 1992.
Resolved by the Assembly of the State of California, the Senate thereof concurring, That the 1991–92 First Extraordinary Session of the Legislature of the State of California shall be in recess on adjournment on September 2, 1992, until reconvened by joint call of the President pro Tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the Assembly; and be it further
Resolved, That the 1991–92 First Extraordinary Session of the Legislature of the State of California shall adjourn sine die on November 30, 1992.
