The notice shall also set a time and place reasonably convenient to the claimants when and where the proofs of claim and measurements and other data collected by the board during the proceedings will be open and available for inspection by all interested persons. The period of inspection shall be fixed by the board but shall be not less than five days.

A representative of the board shall be present at the time and place designated in the notice, and shall permit, during the period of inspection, any person interested to inspect such evidence and proofs of claim as have been filed.

The period of inspection shall be concluded at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the time allowed claimants for filing objections to the report and preliminary order of determination.

The objections shall be in writing and shall state with reasonable certainty the grounds of the objection.
