ARTICLE 8. Federal Funds and Resources [90180 - 90182]

The trustees shall take all necessary steps to acquire the maximum amount of federal funds from all available sources for the academy.

The Governor may apply in writing to the federal government to furnish a suitable vessel with all apparel, charts, books, and instruments of navigation and land with all buildings and equipment thereon to be used for the benefit of the academy.

The trustees may receive from the federal government or from other sources, and use for the purposes of the academy, a vessel or vessels detailed or furnished by the federal government or from other sources with all apparel, charts, books, and instruments of navigation, and land with all buildings and equipment thereon.
