The director shall keep separate records of the amounts paid into the fund by each employer in his or her own behalf, or chargeable to him or her as benefits; but nothing in this division shall be construed to grant any employer or his or her employees prior claims or rights to the amount contributed by him or her to the fund, either on his or her own account or on behalf of his or her employees. The amount of employer contributions, advances, or reimbursements under Article 5 (commencing with Section 801) of Chapter 3 of this part or Section 821, and all other
amounts payable to the fund, shall be pooled and available to pay unemployment compensation benefits to any employee entitled thereto, regardless of the source of contributions or any other amounts.
