An act to amend Section 65912.100 of the Government Code, relating to housing.

AB 2955, as introduced, Quirk-Silva. Affordable housing.
Existing law, the Affordable Housing and High Road Jobs Act of 2022, until January 1, 2033, establishes a streamlined development process for affordable housing developments that meet specified objective standards and affordability and site criteria.
This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to those provisions.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 65912.100 of the Government Code is amended to read:

65912.100.
 This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the Affordable Housing and High Road Jobs Act of 2022.
