LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST


AB 1987, as introduced, Bennett. Local government.
Existing law sets forth provisions for the formation, duties, and other authorizations, among other things, relating to cities, counties, cities and counties, and other local agencies.
This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation relating to local government.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 It is the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation relating to local government.
