An act to amend Section 22970 of the Business and Professions Code, relating to cigarette and tobacco products.

AB 1691, as introduced, Gloria. Cigarettes and tobacco products licensing.
The Cigarette and Tobacco Products Licensing Act of 2003 requires a retailer to have a license to engage in the sale of cigarette and tobacco products in this state.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to the provision relating to the citation of the act.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 22970 of the Business and Professions Code is amended to read:

22970.
 This division shall be known as known, and may be cited cited, as the Cigarette and Tobacco Products Licensing Act of 2003.
