LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

SB 696, as introduced, Allen. Subdivision Map Act.

The act excludes various projects from its provisions, including, among other things, the construction, financing, or leasing of specified dwelling units and accessory dwelling units.
This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to the provision excluding the construction, financing, or leasing of specified dwelling units and accessory dwelling units from the Subdivision Map Act.
