SB 630, as introduced, Ochoa Bogh. Civil law.
Existing law, the Civil Code, is composed of 4 divisions relating to persons, property, obligations, and general provisions relating to persons, property, and obligations.
This bill would declare the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation to make nonsubstantive changes to the Civil Code.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 It is the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation to make nonsubstantive changes to the Civil Code.
