An act relating to alcoholic beverages.

SB 517, as introduced, McGuire. Alcoholic beverages: licensing.
The Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, which is administered by the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, regulates the application, issuance, and suspension of alcoholic beverage licenses.
This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation relating to alcoholic beverage licensing.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 It is the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation relating to alcoholic beverage licensing.
