An act to amend Section 31050 of the Public Resources Code, relating to coastal resources.

State Coastal Conservancy: state policy.
Existing law establishes the State Coastal Conservancy, which serves as a repository for coastal lands. Existing law finds and declares that the agricultural lands located within the coastal zone contribute substantially to the state and national food supply and are a vital part of the state’s economy.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to this declaration.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 31050 of the Public Resources Code is amended to read:31050.
The Legislature finds and declares that the agricultural lands located within the coastal zone contribute substantially to the state and national and state food supply and are a vital part of the state’s economy.
