An act to amend Section 830.10 of the Penal Code, relating to peace officers.

AB 1281, as introduced, Blanca Rubio. Peace officers.
Existing law requires a uniformed peace officer to wear a badge, nameplate, or other device that bears clearly on its face the identification number or name of the officer.
This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to this provision.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 830.10 of the Penal Code is amended to read:

830.10.
 Any A uniformed peace officer shall wear a badge, nameplate, or other device which that bears clearly on its face the identification number or name of the officer.
