| To the Members of the California State Senate: I am returning Senate Bill 702 without my signature. This bill requires the Department of General Services to expand the State Employee Bike share Program to other areas of the state where feasible. The Department should continously assess the demand for this Program and expand as needed within its existing authority. This bill is unnecessary. Sincerely, Edmund G. Brown Jr. |
