An act relating to water.
LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST
AB 93, as introduced, Papan.
Water resources: demands: artificial intelligence.
The California Constitution declares that the general welfare requires that the water resources of the state be put to beneficial use to the fullest extent of which they are capable, and that the waste or unreasonable use or unreasonable method of use of water be prevented.
This bill would express the intent of the Legislature to enact future legislation that would maintain water and energy efficiency to the extent that new technology, including, but not limited to, artificial intelligence, increases the demands on already limited resources.
