SCR 157, Allen. Withdrawal of Senate Constitutional Amendment No. 2 of the 2021-22 Regular Session.
This measure would direct the Secretary of State to withdraw Senate Constitutional Amendment No. 2 of the 2021–22 Regular Session, relating to public housing projects, from consideration by the voters.

WHEREAS, The Legislature may withdraw an amendment or revision of the Constitution in the same manner as it may propose such a measure pursuant to Section 1 of Article XVIII of the California Constitution; now therefore, be it
Resolved by the Senate of the State of California, the Assembly thereof concurring, That the Legislature, two-thirds of the membership of each house concurring, hereby directs the Secretary of State to withdraw from the consideration of the people of the State of California Senate Constitutional Amendment No. 2 of the 2021–22 Regular Session (Resolution Chapter 182 of the Statutes of 2022).
Resolved, That the the Secretary of the Senate transmit a copy of this resolution to the Secretary of State.
