CALIFORNIA LEGISLATURE— 2023–2024 REGULAR SESSION

Assembly Bill
No. 547

Introduced by Assembly Member Alanis

February 08, 2023

An act to amend Section 25401 of the Public Resources Code, relating to energy resources.

LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

AB 547, as introduced, Alanis. Distribution of energy resources.
Existing law requires the State Energy Resources Conservation and Development Commission to continuously carry out studies, research projects, data collection, and other activities required to assess the nature, extent, and distribution of energy resources to meet the needs of the state.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to that provision.
