An act to amend Section 2043 of the Penal Code, relating to prisons.


LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST


AB 3272, as introduced, Weber. Prisons.
Existing law authorizes the establishment of the California Correctional Center at Susanville.
This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to that provision.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 2043 of the Penal Code is amended to read:

2043.
 The Director of Corrections is authorized to establish a state prison for the confinement of males male inmates under the custody of the Director of Corrections to be known as the California Correctional Center at Susanville.
