An act to amend Section 58031 of the Food and Agricultural Code, relating to agriculture.

AB 1715, as introduced, Committee on Agriculture. Agriculture: state marketing services.
Existing law authorizes the Secretary of Food and Agriculture to act as an adviser for producers and distributors, if requested, and assist them in the economical and efficient distribution of any product at fair prices.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to this provision.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 58031 of the Food and Agricultural Code is amended to read:

58031.
 The director secretary may act as an adviser for producers and distributors, if requested, and assist them in economical and efficient distribution of any product at fair prices.
