An act relating to housing.


LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST


AB 3085, as introduced, Limón. Wildfire prone areas.
Existing law requires the Director of Forestry and Fire Protection to identify areas in the state as very high fire hazard severity zones pursuant to a specified criteria. Existing law requires a local agency, as defined, to designate very high fire hazard severity zones, as specfied.
This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation relating to housing in wildfire prone areas.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 It is the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation relating to housing in wildfire prone areas.
