The association shall not refuse to issue, cancel, or refuse to renew coverage based on either of the following reasons:(a) The applicant or policyholder possesses or has previously possessed cannabis, concentrated cannabis, or living cannabis plants pursuant to Section 11362.1 of the Health and Safety Code.
(b) The applicant or policyholder is or has been a licensee under Division 10 (commencing with Section 26000) of the Business and Professions Code.
