AB-1373 Victims of crimes: fentanyl(2021-2022)



As Amends the Law Today


SECTION 1.
 It is the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation that extends the statutory rights of crime victims to the families of fentanyl overdose victims and ensures investigations to determine criminal liability for these overdoses.
