As Amends the Law Today


SECTION 1.

 Section 69431 of the Education Code is amended to read:

69431.
 There is hereby established the Ortiz-Pacheco-Poochigian-Vasconcellos Cal Grant Program, which may also  be referred to as the Cal Grant Program.
