SECTION 1.
On or before July 1, 2011, the Department of Finance shall send a report to the Chief Clerk of the Assembly and the Secretary of the Senate that identifies every state board, commission, and committee created by statute that the department determines to be inactive with respect to the reason for which it was established. For purposes of this section, “inactive” means a state board, commission, or committee has not met since January 1, 2008.
