SECTION 1.
(a) The sum of one hundred eighty-seven million three hundred thousand dollars ($187,300,000) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund to be allocated by the Department of Transportation for completion of the following projects:(1) Eighty million dollars ($80,000,000) to widen State Highway Route 138 from two to four lanes between Avenue T and State Highway Route 18 in the County of Los Angeles.
(2) One hundred seven million three hundred thousand dollars ($107,300,000) to realign State Highway Route 58 for safety purposes at the Boron “S” curve near the City of Boron.
(b) The amounts appropriated under this section are in addition to any funds already programmed for completion of these projects.
