An act to amend Section 6501.1 of the Public Resources Code, relating to public lands.

AB 2110, as introduced, Eggman. State lands: general leasing law.
Existing law authorizes the State Lands Commission to lease land owned by the state, that is under the jurisdiction of the commission, for any purpose the commission deems advisable.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to that law.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 6501.1 of the Public Resources Code is amended to read:

6501.1.
 Lands Land owned by the state and which are state, that is under the jurisdiction of the commission, may be leased for such purpose or purposes as the commission deems advisable, including, but not limited to, grazing leases and leases for commercial, industrial, and recreational purposes.
