Governor's Veto Message
To the Members of the California State Assembly:

I am returning Assembly Bill 3069 without my signature.

This bill allows cannabis retailers, cultivators, and manufacturers to participate in a cannabis informational training without a temporary cannabis event license.

Nothing in current law or regulation, prohibits informational or education events from occurring. Therefore, this bill is unnecessary.

Sincerely,

Edmund G. Brown Jr.
