AB 2615, as introduced, Gabriel. Local government.
Existing law establishes various powers and duties of local agencies, including counties, cities, and cities and counties.
This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact subsequent legislation relating to local government.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:

 It is the intent of the Legislature to enact subsequent legislation relating to local government.
