Existing law creates various transportation programs to develop and implement improvements to transportation systems.
This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation enabling the state to examine efficiency in administering solutions to California’s transportation needs.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 It is the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation enabling the state to examine efficiency in administering solutions to California’s transportation needs.
