An act to amend Section 21208 of the Vehicle Code, relating to bicycles.

LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

AB 1107, as introduced, Fletcher. Vehicles: bicycles: rules of the road: bicycle lanes.
Existing law requires any person operating a bicycle upon a roadway at a speed less than the normal speed of traffic moving in the same direction to ride within the bicycle lane, except as provided.
This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes in that provision.
